When you come for your first treatment, up to an hour will be devoted to finding out about you and what your health issues are. We ask about your symptoms, how you experience them, what your lifestyle is like, your stress levels, your diet, what exercise you do, what supplements or medication you take.

We use all of this information to build a picture of you and then work with you to help you to become as healthy as is possible for you. This means that we might use Acupuncture, CranioSacral Therapy, therapeutic massage,  NLP counselling, lifestyle guidance, whichever is most appropriate for you.
